I visited this place many a times and the most interesting thing about this place is you'll find peace and calm environment there. The "halwa" they give in the form of "prashad" is so tasty. You can go there and serve also. It is a religious place of sikhs, but the thing which attracts the tourism here is that people of different religions come and worship.
The gurudwara authority provides prashad which we called as "langar" for the people. I like to see those fishes which are in the holy pond of the gurudwara. It is in cannaught place, where no doubt, access to accommodation is very easy for those who comes from far places. Hence it is situated in cannaught place which is also called "heart of Delhi", local sightseeing is vast. You find agrasen ki baoli, palika bazar, Central Park, India gate, many cafes and shops near by this.
Accessibility is very easy. You can drop down at patel chowk metro station, in yellow line. Safety no doubt is good. Whenever I go to CP, I always do have a look of gurudwara bangla sahib.
