I has been using the GTPL Internet since 8 months. And I have never complain for this ISP. IT provides very good internet speed. It provide the complete internet speed that I purchased. I had purchase an 6 month plan for 4800rs and I got an extra 1 month added on the service. This is 1MBPS plan and I am getting average of 120 kbps downloading speed. Also the surfing of this internet is very good. Even I can watch the online video. But when going with watching the HD online video it does buffer a bit and that is little irritating while watching the online HD videos. But for 480px it works fine without buffering.
My house is far from the city and they had provided me the internet here with no extra charge. They had installed the internet at my home in 3 days. Service from this is also good. If you are in Gujarat. SO I prefer this a best internet provider over BSNL and other.
