I am a resident of Ahmedabad and have been using GTPL broadband for almost 4 months now . At the time of registration connection, their team was very proactive as I was getting regular calls and visits from the staff to buy a new connection. Post paying a amount of 5, 000 for a 6mbps connection speed I have been facing connectivity issues since day 1! Everyday I have to call the customer service Dept and they revert back by saying I should use the facility directly on my laptop and not via router .
People pay for such services to be at ease and work swiftly however after several complaints I have never received a follow-up call or a promised visit from their technicians to solve the issue! I have personally visited their head office and corporate office and lodged a complaint in spite of promises by their sales team namely( Mr. Deepak, Mr. Jogi, Mr. Hakim) I still don’t have a solution to my problem!
Hence I am made to believe that this is the trend of the organization as they make false promises and do not deliver. Moreover, after registering my complaint with several customer service agents and having received several complaint numbers no action has been taken to solve my query, they have been very negligent towards my mails as well and have given zero value to my problem as a new client!
Pathetic and careless is their attitude towards calls that I made as they promise a technician’s visit within 24hrs but no one actually visits or even calls to ask is the grievance was resolved. As a very irate and disheartened client, I would like to warn ppl not fall for their decorating schemes as they literally do not care!
Their staff is below average when it comes to resolving complaints or even trying to acknowledge a query or a revenue! Following are the staff members who were /are involved in such ponzy schemes and false promises: Mr. Jogi( manager head office)
Mr. Deepak( client service manager corporate office)
Mr. Hakim( telecall operative, head office)
Mr. Pankaj( telecaller, customer service Dept)
Mr. Hitesh, Mr. Suresh, me Nitin( sales team)
All in all these guys and their entire organization is full of fraudsters and thugs who are just full of false promises and utter crap! Even the higher management is of the same caliber as they do not care about their clients, I guess these are the only guys who pass their legacy of shitty attitude towards customers their Vp, sales Manager and corporate office team is simply too busy to attend a complaint by an irate client.
I believe that the higher management at Gtpl has laid such pathetic examples that the lower and middle management team follows and thrives on them! I pity the owner /chairman/cmd of the organization as his company is has gone down to the dumps with nobody to give a shot at client compliments and service.
