Few days back, Me and my family went to GRT Chennai for some jewellary shopping. It is very good experience to do shopping in such a big shop. I never seen such type of big shop for jewellary. It is very huge. At entry gate itself, one person for Welcome in local language. Once we entered into the shop, one person, asked for our choice, what we wanted to purchase and then guide us to respective floor and counter.
At respective counter, there were dedicated person to show the collection and explaination about design, weight and price. When we asked for our specific choice, they provided immediately.
During shopping, they served us cold drink, tea, coffee and chocolate to our kids.
After final billing, they delivered the jewellery with new year calendar, free gift a small bag and purchased jewellary with flower.
Overall its really nice experience in this shop.
