Downloaded the Groupon mobile app and ordered 3 items in the past 1 month.
Except for one, I did NOT even know about existence of other two in Bangalore. Thanks to Groupon
Verdict - Definitely try once & you will always go for a second, 3rd & so on!
Always avoided deals of the day kinda offerings and sites. But could NOT resist checking on Groupon:) Experience has been hassle free and pleasant.
All vendors were clear about their Groupon offerings & hence no confusions:)
Though NOT fully verified, I felt the Groupon prices were nothing'special' or discounted. Vendors offered equal or lower price/s otherwise also!
7D Movie - Mastii @ Esteem Mall - Hebbal, Blr - Landed there at 6.30pm with ticket for 4 on a Sunday - They even allowed my 3yr old daughter without a ticket for 6.50pm show
Nishaant Shooting Academy - K'Mangala Indoor Stadium, Blr - Again on a weekend. The instructor cum owner is a very nice fellow. - We should encourage retired sportsmen trying to make such sports popular - Thrilled to shoot(albeit pellets) 15 yrs after I last shot during my NCC days!
Medinova Diagnostics - Infantry Rd, Blr - Detailed blood & urine test along with physicians consultations - Was long over due. If NOT for Groupon, my laziness would have persisted:)
Things to NOTE: Some activities like health diagnosis etc requires prior planning and dedicated time. Hence, be informed and plan well. No point in blaming Groupon or the service provider if you were in a hurry or messed it up!
