I have made a purchase from Groupon, order ID:1110765. The order name was Sheaffer No Non sense Fountain Pen. First of all order was delivered after a delay of 45 days, and multiple follow ups! When I received the product, the product was already damaged!
Instead of selling Groupon has sold duplicate, used crap product! This was way back in OCT 2014 and till date Groupon has neither picked up product nor ready to refund my money back! I have proof that groupon has sold scrap instead of genuine products, I am uploading images!
I would want to alert ppl so that they dont fall to such stupid offers! these offers look good but are not genuine. Groupon doesnt have cust care service! Even the mail replies u get from some dumb idiots!
Please share your similar experiences with Groupon(should be renamed to SCAPON) and lets get this fake site banned in India.
