I had placed several orders [ voucher deals] on groupon.in since April 2014. I had no issue. Recently I've placed order for Ayurvedic Wellness Services at Ayur illam & SPA at First Floor, Arunachalam Road, Saligramam, Chennai.(order details posted below, Voucher snapshot attached with this review]
Ayur illam' full body abhayangam worth Rs 499 on 18th Sep 2014
On 3rd Oct I've booked appointment on phone for my wife.
Appointment date was 8 am 27th Oct 2014 24 days in advance booked appointment
I've visited Ayur illam & SPA at chennai on-time, but when I visited them they said they do not have staff to perform abhayangam [ as lady staff on 3 days leave] and said that I have to remind them a day before visit [very unique which I found, customer have to remind them before visiting!] . As I was on holidaying at Chennai and due to fixed schedule I've booked this appointment 24 days before. Still they said such excuses!
I told them to cancel the order for refund. But they told me to contact groupon for cancellation. So I've contacted groupon on same day(27th Oct) via Support email. But no reply even after 3 days. Again I've forwarded email to to ceo of groupon, with CC to support email. Then I've received Support ticket number. But no resolution even after 4-5 days. So posted on facebook page. Still today they have not given proper response, not even refunded the money!

I'll never shop with groupon because of such worse after sale service!
Update: 17th Nov 2014
After long wait & so much efforts by follow-up's, on 15th Nov 2014 Groupon refunded amount of Rs 499 to my groupon account as a credit.
