Friends, This is a review about Greenpeace and not about its website.
What is Greenpeace?
Greenpeace is a non-profit organisation focussing on environmental issues world wide, trying to bring awareness to the common man and stop such issues from happening.
I first came to know about Greenpeace when I read an article in "The Hindu", about a toxic laden warship from France, sent to India to dump the asbestos waste in the indian soil. This was heavily protested Greenpeace activists along with many other volunteers from other organisations. As a result of this protest, the ship was sent back to France. I was extremely happy to learn about this incident and felt that someone out there is fighting for the environmental protection on our behalf. Then on, I started hearing and reading more about Greenpeace and decided to support its cause.
How to Support?
Supporting Greenpeace is very simple, and you can do it in many ways. You can make donations, become online activist or even become a Greenpeace volunteer. Please refer to
https://greenpeace.org/international/getinvolved
or
https://greenpeace.in/donate.php
to make a donation or refer to

for more details.
Please note that your donations need not be in huge amounts, for example I started donating Rs.150/- per month(through ECS) and later on increased it. Now my contribution to Greenpeace is one of my regular monthly expense. I dont see this as an expense at all, I feel its an investment for a better tommorow for all of us. Infact 150 or 250 rupees for an individual nowadays is not at all an expense. But this little contribution from ourside will make a big difference for the organisation.
Apart from monetary contribution, we can also make some difference by following the suggesstions given by "itskunchumon" in his review. Infact this review is an effor to support his review and spread the word about Greenpeace.
