Horrible Service. Full of fake reviews.
I literally cried once thinking my luggage is gone for good.
I had 2 shipments. One is received and an item worth 35k is broken. Minimal insurance is being given.
Second shipment worth 2lakhs is lost somewhere. They keep saying it will come in 2 days and this is repeated.
Edit: Received 2nd shipment. Number plate and Mirror are lost. Few carton boxes tore off and items were lying of the trucks surface.
All below reviews are paid and fake. Request you kindly not to choose these guys they are highly unprofessional and keep your peace of mind.
These guys are just brokers. they outsource transport and the transport guy is very rude and uncivilized.
Note: He will add various things to final bill like gst and packaging charges.
He told me he will do box packaging for my items but the items received didnt have it. So many lies
.
Pros:
I was give compensation(50%) for lost and damaged items.
Communication was prompty majorly.
EDIT: Still Manoj is unresponsive and not giving me my money
