I was first there @ granth some thing like one year back, ideally located at citi center @ goregaon, on the S.V road...
then I was jus checking to see wat I cud get for my cousin as his bday gift, thou I had a tuf time making my mind then, later on when I finally did make my mind, got wat I wanted deliverd to my office at saki naka, in no time, and that too on a sunday !!! now thats wat I call customer service.
Was there last week, and one of my friends was looking for Osho's writings, the gentleman at Granth, very friendly, with a neat smile, fished a card out of his pocket approached me and gave the card to where I cud get the material we were looking for, somewhere at parle, I bleev...
anyways, the customer care at granth, from wat I hve xperiencd is more than jus xcellent, its amazing...
and for the collection wat they hve got on their online store and at the showroom, its got diversity and answers most of ur queries.
thou the online catalog cud b updated more often, granth is a blessing in disguise for those at goregaon!!!!
