I feel this review is:
It has various glitches and cars and bikes are old and controls are hard not very realistic the player tommy controls the whole vice city and cannot swim makes me laugh the cheats are not soo cool missions are not so cool the graphics and layout has various glitches the graphics are not cool the although it was very popular at old times
