Absolutely scam in one word. The customer care tells it’s free but nothing is free in life??.
However after following up with us and calling us 100+ time for one year finally we went.
It was on 10/9/23 in Bangalore in some Sterling Hotel.
We were told
Table will be booked
Coffee and snacks will be there
Kids corner will be there
Nothing was there, only 5/6 tables, 4-5 worst executives and few bottles of water.
We travelled with an infant for more then one
Hour. When we reached there was no place to even sit. We were told to wait outside for 5 mins which turned to nearly 15 mins.
Then a pathetic, horrible and most unprofessional, rude and possibly the worst sales executive came out and spoke very rudely with us. Not even considering we have an infant. Her good name is Ms Gunjan. We were getting impatient waiting with an infant and travelling for 20 kms. She told we can just leave if we are talking to her like this
Ms Gunjan a special note to you.
You are the most pathetic, unprofessional, rude and unempathetic woman. I am sure and hope strict action is taken again you and you are removed from facing customers. Customer is king and you have no job being a customer facing face if you don’t know that.
We have given a written complaint against her and also left immediately as we know everything s a scam.
Guys never ever go to their seminar. They are absolutely fake, big liars and total scam stars.
Thankyou but no Thankyou grand for the worst experience ever.
