GR Promoter builders in Begur are big time cheats

Builder GR Promoters represented by Ms. Geetha Rammohan and her husband N. Rammohan are big time cheats. I currently reside here and am sharing my own experience for others to be cautious and not to be cheated by this duo. They are wolves in sheep skin and are in RE sector only because of their greed for money and more money. They have done only few projects and all were a sham. They give false promises, excuses and are sweet talkers. Beware of them. They have not provided amenities as promised, no fire safety work, leakage and seepage everywhere, low quality work and the project has major deviations. This is a very unsafe project and we live here as we do not have much choice. All our requests and pleas are unanswered as they already got what they wanted from us "MONEY". There was even a fire reported today in the electrical panel and the builder has not completed fire fighting work or provided any fire fighting equipment. We have already spent a lot for making this place a bit safe and livable apart the EMIs we pay. There are cases against them in courts as they had abandoned the Project in 2015 and till date nothing has been done. Do not fall in their trap and do the same mistakes that we did.
