Not Responsive and Donot complete the project as p

Review On GR Promoters, Bangalore

Hi All,

I too have bought a 3BHK house in GR Queens Pride apartment and are struggling with the management to complete the work.

1) Neither the builders and workers are on site.

2) Even the very basic, agreed and paid facilities like water and electricity are not been provided.

3) No Garbage collection

4) Non working lifts are left open which is very dangerous for children

5) No power back for lifts or for the building. This is a major hassel because

6) None of the facilities which we had paid for are made available

7) Completion of project is not as promised

I am all in to file a case in consumer court( as I believe this falls under service category) against GR Promoters.

Can you guys please let me know if we can start an email chain to initate a legal process?

Please suggest and if possible share a method communication .
