My family had senior citizens booked cab via Gozo and it was very bad experience.
1. Car was very dirty, full of mosquitos and windows glass was not closing properly which troubled to them in very cold weather.
2. Driver reached on time at pick up location but trying to make us late on the way with different invalid reasons.
Intetion was to have late drop in Gurgaon to demand night charges
3. Amount paid to vendor(Pawan) via Google Pay: 1500 + 2508 (Gpay)
Amount paid in cash to driver for CNG (filled 2 times): 500 + 320
4. Car run on fix route as desired and showing on Gozo, based on that estimate was created.
But driver charges extra around 680 Rs
I have a route map on Google map in timeline as well.
5. Parking fees was paid by us in Barsana.
Driver had not parked car in parking, instead used car to provide ride to local passengers of Vrindavan. But he charged 200rs of Parking from us.
How identified to give rides to local? will share in next points
6. We called driver at multilevel parking(expecting him to be there) at 5pm(as planned time to return from Vrindavan)
Driver harassed for 50mins, saying he is coming in 5 mins-10 mins (every time when we are calling him).
And he came around 5.50(not from multilevel parking where he had charged but from somewhere else on the road). This was a very bad thing from him, specially when all riders were senior citizens, who faced harrasment.
He asked them to come here and there, just to waste time as he was returning to give ride to locals.
As he was somewhere else, so took 50 mins of time.
Can"t explain what was going on with us in that cold weather.
7. Why driver/vendor charged Haryana tax of around 480 rs, when car was of Haryana no.?
I discussed with them but they imposed it forcefully.
8. They had charged 560 Rs. of UP tax.
Is that much is UP tax for 1 day?
9. Why Gozo has not estimated these charges previously, when route is decided??
10. Why he demanded 300rs of Night charges, when I have previously discussed on Gozo support that drop till 10 pm is ok.
Although I managed to convince driver to not paying these charges.
11. On asking UP and Haryana tax proof, vendor was creating fake stories
At last, he was not able to share proof of Haryana tax(mentioned in point 7)
I asked for UP tax snapshot(a message snapshot where amount is deducted).
He shared edited one. Not a message from authentic channel but someone from his team shared a message of 560rs deduction on his no. and he took snapshot of that.
On asking, to share valid deduction from UP tax/RTO, he started making stories and was not able to provide.
Clearly the case of fraud and harrasment.
I have several times called on support of Gozo but earlier they gave me 24-48hour wait and it runs for month.
Now they started cutting call, not responding on calls and not on mails
They agree that they charged wrongly and their driver looted but they are not refunding amount.
THEY ARE FRAUD AND THUGS.
EACH PERSON OF COMPANY FROM DRIVER, VENDOR, SUPPORT TEAM AND ADVOCACY TEAM
THUGS OF GOZO.
