If you are reading this review chances are that they have duped you as well. If not please stay from this company.
They will collect your premium and then deny the claim on technicality for some stupid reason.
Their modus operandi in brief:
1. High Sales pitch and you purchase the plan as you are promised the moon.
2. Now the important part your appliance/gadget stops functioning and you try to lodge a complaint.
3. There is no dedicated portal for lodging complaint. The screen that you get for online service request is waste and you would never be able to use it.
4. You have to call their toll free number(which is from 9 to 9 weekdays). Their site however promises 24x7 support, which is the first red flag.
5. The company is very good at collecting documents so they ask you for invoice and picture of the appliance with the serial number.
Now comes the tricky part. The details of appliance purchased from online sometimes varies(in bill and in physical appliance itself.) They check everything and accept the warranty, collect the premium and keep quiet.
6. Once you make a complaint they show these details and reject your service request. See the amazing method to loot money.
7. The images are mostly asked on WhatsApp and they do not have any dedicated service team. Just a couple of call center guys out to reject the claim.
8. Most important part you don't get any claim number as it's all done over call and you are told that the claim is rejected. This is beneficial from the company's point as they can claim ignorance if one tries to proceed against them.
9. I am moving against them and would update the forum. It would be learning experience as how to deal with thugs and thieves.
Update as on 20.09.24:
I have filed a case against this company on consumer forum and the same has been approved by the forum. Will update details as the case progresses.
I would also be writing a mail to Amazon and tagging them on social media so that this garbage company is not able to list their products on their site.
I am also writing to ministry of consumer affairs since this is a case of outright fraud and more people should not be cheated by the
PLEASE read the reviews on mouth shut and google all the paid reviews that have rated the company positive do not even have a proper name they are just a combination of random alphabets and numbers made by agencies who have been paid to write positive reviews.
