Breach of trust and no response to customer. Review on Gotygot

I bought a Tripod of this Tygot company on Amazon on the 26th October, 2023. I have attached the invoice, so that you can be sure that I am writing a genuine review.The main issue I faced with this company is a breach of trust. How? There was a card inside the product packing, which said that I could get Rs.100 Paytm cash, if I would had shared my Name 958277xxxx.I shared my name on the number given. Still, I did not received Rs.100 Paytm cash.So, I messaged the issue to Tygot team on their Instagram page on the 5th of November, 2023, which they saw also, still I did not get any reply.( Attached the screenshot as a proof) Not only that, on the 5th of November, 2024 itself, I messaged the issue to Tygot team on their Facebook page also, which they saw also, still I did not get any reply.( Attached the screenshot as a proof) Today, when I am writing this review, almost 1 year has passed, still no response from the Tygot Team.This shows how much they care for their customers and reputation.This is simply the breach of trust. This shows that the company is not a man of his words.
