Cash back is not credit yet. Review on Gopaisa

Today I want to give a review regarding gopaisa.com.I want to share my personal experience regarding this website.Actually I purchase a Asus laptop on 1/3/2016 via gopaisa.com as they offered 10.5% cash back offer which is around approximately 2365 rupees. My order number is #467436896. After order successful cash back amount is show on my gopaisa .com account when I going to claim it I have alert message that it will hold by retailer.I mail them that escalate the retailer who hold my cash back really very worst customer care service I continuously mail them about my cash back but they never responded for 2 month somehow they mail me one day and telling that please mail us reference number, order number, screen shot and pan card and telling please give some more time to investigate but today is more than 1 year they are neither reverse my cash back.When ever I mail them about my cash back offer always said your request is in processing. Such a terrible service provided by this website in ever department.I don't know how they survive their bussiness.I definitely sure the people who write a positive reviews regarding this website must be paid reviewer. So these website here are loot for people money as they provide lucrative cashbacks on purchasing via their website to get more and more customer. These people are here to make fool so don't come in trap of this website
