Google Pay is an application which we can use to send money to someone, we can also pay bill, recharge our mobile, internet, dth service which is the basic concept of this app.
However the reward which was expected from the google pay is very less or negligible in reality. I made payment of 2 electricity bill through this app but I only get ₹; 10 cashback. Please find the snapshot of bill payment.
Layout and design wise google pay is not good as compared to paytm, freecharge or other payment app. It’s not descriptive like other apps.
However payment is fast and it hardly takes a minute to make the payment once all the basic informations are entered.
One feature I like most about this app is that we can able to retrive the balance of our bank account once we enter the 6 digit UPI pin.
Usefulness wise this app also comes under the category of payment app but this app need to update some basic descriptive layout as well as it’s reward system.
