Dear friends
I joined the Goodyear Tyre factory in Ballabgarh Faridabad on 0of December 1998, I joined this company as a trainee. I worked here for almost 1 year. I learned here a lot, Although they do no give much salary to the freshers but I have learned a lot here, The staff is very cooperative and helping, For Permanent employee job security is there, but the company policies are very strict. for good performer company gives various incentive apart from growth. Work environment is Pretty good, it majorly depends how you deals with others.
Conclusion: Good company to work with, people are working here for 25 yrs and more.
