Recently I visited kanpur for a couple of weeks.being a fitness freak I had to join gym.i landed up in gold gym.but to my surprise it was pathetically maintained with non certified staff.they hardly know about the exercises and their technique.they were guiding wrong.and presurrizing for taking supplements from them.i just asked a person there , who was consuming his pre workout , how much did it cost.he answered the coach gave him for some money.but the fact is he was charged double because even I had used the same supplement and I knew the exact rates.beware of such big shops fellas.
