Ticket cancellation not done. Review on Goibibo

Today I am going to review regarding ibibo.com. Today I want to share my personal experience regarding goibibo.com. I am ordering a 2 tickets of India airlines for 7237 rupees on 5/5/2017 from this website to Delhi to Trivandrum I have got a confirmation message of my ticket booking confirmation but due to personal issue I am giving request of cancellation of my tickets.They give me ticket number of my cancellation of tickets and telling that your amount is refund within 4 working days but when after waiting for that tat given by company my amount is not credit to my account .I straight contact to goibibo customer care number and shock come to know that my booking is not cancell by airlines authority. I said them please escalate my call to airlines authority who said this.Your are here for making fool people first you given the tat of 4 working days and after waiting for such tat you said my tickets is not cancell by authority as by saying authority are not getting any cancell request. I said them it is your fault not my fault.I have getting a ticket number.They said Airlines authority only pay a nominal amount instead of cancellation amount.I am mailing a ticket cancellation ticket number to airlines authority mailid but there is no response by them only 2444 rupees credit to my account. I contact goibibo.com and said who are going to pay my amount.They said please contact to airlines authority and disconnect my call. I am doing lot of mail to their mail but neither responded properly .so It is my humble request our goverment to take a strict action against these fraudster.If I will not get my amount refund back I will go to consumer court.
