Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
The waitlisted train tickets if not confirmed at time of chart preparation, goibibo will give 3x refund max Rs 6000 immediately. Not received the refund till date. They charged us extra for the service. Total cheating. Twitter handle rep keeps giving vague replies. They say voucher has been sent by sms / has been added under the coupons section in the app. Total lies!
