Goibibo is cheating customers by providing flights which are inconvenient.when i booked flights for my parents from langkawi to trivandrum, they provided me a flight which goes to another airport and then take taxi 53 km away to international airport.taxi costs too much.They didnt mention in the ticket as subang airport, instead itinery given was langkawi- kualampur - trivandrum.normally we expect as same airport only.otherwise they would have mentioned it as subang .so that i could make out easily while booking and should have booked other flights. So guys their intention is concealing things.dont book thinking they are cheap.at first they show only fare without airport handling charges. While booking and when u click on the payment only shows the exact amount. I will never book through goibibo in future as we cannot trust them.
