I booked a bus from bareilly to dehradun on 17th feb 2017. Due to some reason I cancelled the bus booking on the same day, then I got a message of cancellation telling me that the refund has been processed and I will receive the refund within 5-7 days. I waited for 7 days but I didnt get any refund. Then I contacted the customer care and they told me that my refund was not processed due to some technical error and they are now processing the refund again. I got the refund after 10 days.
I was very disappointed with the service of Goibibo.
