There are lot of issues are there while we talk about this product.The clarity of the screen is average and is not upto to the expectations.And I am facing some issues with the recording.
In the winter and rainy season it has some issues with recording due to the moist conditions and it hesitates you and if you call the service guys they will charge the money instead of free service.
They have to maintain some good lens to cover the camera from becoming wet and the issue is annoying a lot very frequently.
It has imported china and the service is very poor for this reason and they have no proper idea about this product and keep on making new issues for the video door phone.
It is good to use and any one operate it very easily in a less span of time.Design is ok it has to be better .
