Anti consumer – Go Daddy

Go Daddy is a ‘renowned company’ dealing in sale of Domain names & allotting WEB pages with projected very good web building tools. Its advertisement section is very strong through TV, Internet, Emails & so on.

But the question arises whether it is really so? In their web there seems to be no channel to address the consumer grievances. Executives in call centres are sitting just to attend to your calls. They will never guide you to their deciding seniors/ executives. They will simply write routine phrases & hush up the problem. Case in sight is

1. I have got three Domain names registered with the company.

   
   




2. In case of one of the domain out of above three, even 5 web pages have been allotted to me under the name ‘edutechexpert.com’

   
   




3. Payments for the same have been made till 28/06/17, 29/06/17 & 13/08/17 for edutechexpert.com respectively.

   
   




4. Problems did arise in case of first two no web domains but were sorted out through call centres.

   
   




5. In the case of third domain cum web site problem is serious one.

   
   




6. Two three times the site was hacked by changing the IP address. They could not explain why & how it is possible.

   
   




7. Now since Feb. 2016, this web site is not working.  I have tried to sort out the problem through mails, website & call centres but no solution.

   
   




8. On April 13-14, the call centre informed while upgrading my site(without my knowledge), my web pages were deleted. They have no records or tools to recover the same. Hence they cannot help me. Hence complaint is closed.

   
   




9. Customer is at a loss to know what to do. Payment has been made up to 13 08 2017, web site pages deleted. Earlier, web site used to be hacked by other persons & now deleted by the company itself without any solution. The whole business of customer is gone. Now the company is not replying to my mails.

   
   

WILL THE COMPANY WHICH HAS POCKETED THE PAYMENT UP TO 13.08.17 i.e MORE THAN ONE AND HALF YEAR STILL LEFT AFTER MY SITE PAGES WERE DELETED WILL EXPLAIN, COMPENSATE FOR THIS LOSS OF BUSINESS & BREACH OF CONTRACT
