Last week, I had a family trip to Jammu, Haridwar and nearby locations. To reach the Jammu in less time and start our trip for Vaishno Devi with time saving, we booked our tickets of plane. We booked tickets of go Air from Delhi to Jammu.
Tickets were quite economical, for me and brother, it cost us hardly Rs.5000, which is very fine as per flights ticket rates.
The flight had schedule of leaving Delhi at 1:20 and it left at the exact time, without making us get late. We reached the Airport 1 hour before the flight time, hence enjoyed photo session in the well maintained Delhi Domestic Airport(Terminal 1).
It was the first time when I and my brother was travelling in the plane, hence was not aware about it much, we were more of excited. In the plane, my brother just asked them about the washroom as he wanted to go but the staff didn't guided him rather talked roughly with him, which was tough for me to tolerate.
I would have keep myself quiet if they were saying it due to safety reason. At that time, flight was not even taking off or landing. People were roaming in the plane just to see their relatives who were at other seats.
I would have ignored this incident and have not written about them in this review but their consistent roughness and harsh behavior made me do so. I was having high high pain in my ear when the flight was landing, when I asked them about this they simply ignored, they could have calm me with few positive words.
Even when I asked them for water, they served me in unhygienic disposable glass, complaining of which I again demanded a glass of water from them but faced the roughness in words.
Overall, ignoring the staff, the flight was quite good, well maintained, timely and had comfortable seats. Even the staff of check-in counter was good and talking gently with us.
