Review On GM Infinite Dwelling (India), Bangalore

Don't be fooled by all the advertisements everywhere. These guys are incapable of delivering quality. To have all your questions answered just visit their project GM Infinite e-City Town phase 1.

Simplest of amenities such as letter boxes, CCTVs, proper security measures. cleaning. Even after almost 2 years of the handover, the progress of the clubhouse is a joke. Just come and have a look. They're incapable of doing even fogging and only concerned about churning money. I fail to control my laughter at their Global Techies town project where they promise to provide 100 amenities, I am sure they're counting a door handle also as an amenity.

They have money all in the world to spend on adverts on digital media, radios, newspapers, airport hoardings but DON'T CARE to complete their projects. If anyone tries to raise the voices only for the concerns, they would then throw a barrage of gundas. Threats and violence is a normal thing everytime you demand any kind of explanation for the services that you deserve after paying for it. They'll seem very cordial but show their ugly faces once you make the payment. You have far better builders in town and definitely more technically equipped than these guys. DO NOT INVEST IN ANY OF GM INFINITE project, because once you do so, the only thing you would be left with will be a REGRET OF A LIFETIME.

I recently visited their premiere project GM INFINITE e-city TOWN and below are my observations and inputs from a few current residents:

1. Simplest of amenity which you will find in any society - LETTERBOX: NOT EXISTENT

   
   




2. Security personnel most of the time, busy on cell phones. I easily went it without being asked a question, so that tells you how good the security measures are.

   
   




3. INCAPABLE maintenance team, who have no idea of what they do.

   
   




4. CCTV few and far, another security lapse

   
   




5. CLUB house missing

   
   




6. No amenities what so ever

   
   




7. Pathetic hygiene levels where the STP water does awry/dirty ever so frequently.
