I have brought a flat in Techie town, initially they told cancellation or any amendment will cost 2Lakh and after checking the prigress and dealing I didn't like the project and desided to cancel at that time they told me if I want to cancel I have to pay 20% of the total puchase cost and then only can cancel, by that time I had paid 7Lakh and inorder to cancel I had to pay 1.6 lakh,

So I changed my mind and retained the same by paying balance as per stage by stage said in the contract.

THEY DON'T HAVE A DECENCY IN ASKING PAYMENTS, THEY SEND EMAIL AND IMMEDIATELY ASK AS IF WE BORROWED MONEY FROM THEM AND DEFAULTED, i also communicated about my unhappnes to that person who send me nesaages on whatsapp, very bad, I am not at all happy
