Victim of GM Infinite - Global Techies Town Scam

I invested in Global Techies Town(GTT) by GM Infinite, led by Gulam Mustafa, and it has been a disaster. The project has been delayed for over 12 years, and despite collecting almost the full payment from buyers of Towers A and C, the builder has neither handed over possession nor completed construction. Now, they’re shifting focus to Tower B bookings, trying to trap more people.

They’ve started rebranding the project as "100 Percent Life" and publishing big ads in newspapers like Times of India, claiming the project is completed. This is completely false. None of the towers have the Occupancy Certificate(OC) or Completion Certificate(CC), making them legally unsafe to live in.

The builder is also posting fake positive reviews online and threatening people who raise genuine complaints on YouTube or blogs. They even try to delete any content against them. Banks have blacklisted GM Infinite projects, so it’s unclear how they’re still trying to sell flats.

Many of us buyers are stuck paying EMIs and rent simultaneously, with no resolution in sight. Attempts to get refunds are met with threats and intimidation. The workers on-site haven’t been paid, and their protests have halted any progress.

I want to warn everyone: DO NOT trust GM Infinite or Gulam Mustafa. This is a clear scam. Stay away from their projects unless you want to end up in a similar situation. If you’re already a victim, join hands with other buyers to take legal action and raise awareness.

Let’s stop this fraud builder from ruining more lives.
