I have been waiting for more than 20 days to get my bike delivered from bhubaneswar to kolkata. The guy Satish who is my movement coordinator, is the worst professional. He will ensure you get worst service. I tried calling their customer service Nd following up with them since a week, I still do not know where my consignment is, even their service desk is not able to answer it. There employee do not pick calls from own service desk. Forget about picking your calls, be rest assured that it will be unanswered. I am going to lodge a formal complaint about this with police.
