Have been working with GTT since the last 9 months.Great work atmosphere.There is stress of work at times but not much.Vision is very clear to make the youth employable through the CSR training programs and direct client walk ins.
Salary is always on time and there is a good work and personal life balance which is very much essential.
It is expanding atep by step in various parts of India which is a positive sign.
Also the in house trainings for employees make sure you develop as an individual thereby benefiting the organisation.
Also various events take place periodically.
