Wasim Ali was earlier working with Glitz Salon, Sec-14, Ggn. Now, he works with Looks, Sec-14, Gurgaon.
Ali is a horrible persona and so is this Glitz with zero professionalism. They don’t take responsibility of their hair stylists(Wasim Ali in this case).
On getting hair damaged within 15 days of smoothening, Ali went on long leaves and now Glitz kept making excuses that re-treatment will damage hair so come later once chemicals effect is gone.
Went 6 times in last 11 months but every-time returned with excuses that my hair are still not prepared to get re-treated - take Spa, take other hair treatment, etc.
Contacted other saloons and showed hair and they said Glitz is making excuses and hair can be easily treated.
When forced to do re-treatment, Glitz showed their real face but now OPENLY SAYING “WE WILL NOT BEAR LOSSES(earlier they were like we will do it but it will damage ur hair - this just EXPOSED their real faces of not taking responsibility of their Stylists).
They told me to contact the old stylist, Wasim Ali, who now works with LOOKS, Sector-14, Gurgaon. Beware of this guy, he is a very bad person, never ever take treatment from him - he spoiled my hair and now was asking me “Did I do your hair smoothening?”
On forcing to do treatment, they now called Wasim Ali to Glitz and told me that Ali will only do the treatment with his own chemicals. Ali told me that he will cut my hair till shoulders then do rebonding. Are these guys mad? Who does straightening for short hair? And I will get re-treatment from same guy who damaged my hair at the first place? And who knows what chemicals he will use - thats why we go to saloons so that we get this kind of treatment.
To all existing clients of Glitz and Wasim Ali, I am sure they would have tried to sell their services by scaring you of hypothetical issues with your hair.
My advice - Never take services from Glitz(Sec-14, Ggn) or Wasim Ali(who now works in LOOKS, Sec-14, Ggn).
