I have a Glen chimney in my kitchen which is more than one year old. It's easy to use and does what it is meant to do.
I have been regularly cleaning the filters and it has never malfunctioned, meaning that the suction fan has never stopped working. I gave a call to Glen to service the chimney as I wanted the turbine/suction fan to be cleaned.
I registered my complaint on Monday and after a few mails, the technician called on Wednesday promising to visit the same day. In the evening he excused himself and promised to come on Thursday morning. Throughout Thursday I never heard from the technician.
In the late evening, on Thursday, I receive a mail from Glen: 'We have checked with our technician that your complaint has been attended & resolved.'!!
