I had purchased an insurance policy for iphone and it was stolen last year. It has been almost 11 months and till date the company has not satelled the claim, for past 3 months all documents required has been submitted and every time I follow with them , they are saying we have not got revert from insurer and have escalated the case and will get back very soon, the same story is going on for past 3 months. This is a froud company and would advise no one to by mobile insurance from them, the customer service is just talk talk and escalated the case without any solution.
