Hello!


I just purchased a new Gionee S10 lite from jumia.


I powered it on when I got it and it responded. I then off it to charge and power got ceased thereafter.


Now I try to power it on but no response and the charger is good. it's not charging and not responding to power on. Pls let me Know what I should do
