Hi Folks! Beware of Ginni System Limited, Gurgaon if you are appearing for any interview process here. The HR conducts fake interviews. It happened twice to me. I believe the HR team is quite new and they want to learn recruitment process. So they call the candidates(both fresher & experienced) to their office and conduct fake interviews. Once you are done, they will never interact with you for further updates. Surprisingly, you will might get a call from them again to appear for the same interview. They don't conduct telephonic interviews! Test them well before you go ahead with them.
