King of bad quality construction.

Review On Ghp Group, Mumbai

GHP group has constantly managed to maintain a bad quality of construction since several years now. We own one of our flats built by this builder in Building No.2, Powai Vihar Complex, Powai, Mumbai. The quality of construction is so bad that there are huge cracks in the building and leakages with in the flats is at the whole new level. Yesterday morning  a layer of the ceiling of our house came crashing down and by the grace of God, no one was hurt. To my surprise, my house isnt the first to go through this but 4 other flats have faced the same problem. For your reference I am attaching the pictures of the the broken ceiling. The quality of construction was greatly compromised and the materials used are of inferior quality. There is another building built by GHP called Whispering woods where one of my friend has a flat is complaining about the same cracks and leakages in the building. So the buildings built by GHP have the same common problem simply because they just donot want to spend money on superior quality products. Staff at GHP is average but more inclined towards like a "sarkari office". The donot take up much projects, but if they do then timely completions is just a dream. There was a building they built opposite customs colony and added a few extra floors and then the Municipal corporation had come and demolished the walls of the illegal construction. But then they finally after some time they got it regularised. So if you plan to invest in a GHP property please calculate your risks based on the facts and the experience I have stated.
