BIG is what u would associate with A.R Rahman, and big it is with Aamir khan . so the end result?
Brilliant to say the least.the soundtrack of GHAJINI is amongst the best of the year.Rahman in full form this year. with Jaane Tu., Yuvvraj, Ada and Jodha Akbar. add GHAJINI to his hit list.
Guzarish- sweetest song i've heard in recent times. it manages to pull all the right notes. with the vocals of Jaaved Ali . it reaches new heights.a beautiful melody.with amazing symphony.
Behka- best song of the album, hip and dangerously romantic.benny dayal uses his vocals to the best. awesome variations on display. it does have a lot of western touch. but who cares it sounds nice.
Kaise Mujhe- Jaaved Ali again . a slow, touchy number this one.it really makes u want to stop everything u r doing and sit down and just feel the emotions in the song.shreya ghoshal haunts u and she stays with u after ur done listenin' to the track.
Aye Bachu- Naughty number . gets u goin'. with an attitude.catchy beats and intrestin' lyrics by prasoon joshi.loads of guitar and western percussion. so any one wanna dance?
Lattoo- somethin' similar to aye bachu . fast paced and turns on ur attitude.
only negatives is that the songs sound good when heard separately. but when u see the album as whole u still long for somethin'.
A fully commercial album in hindi by rahman withjust the right beats and vocals. go easy on ur ears.must have it in ur collection Are u actually waitin' for me to say'GO" get ur copy. a sure hit.
