Our experience with them has been an absolute nightmare. Initially, we agreed to a property at a set price. However, just before the registration, they suddenly increased the price, leaving us no choice but to either accept the inflated cost or withdraw.
We chose to withdraw, expecting a straightforward refund process. Instead, we have been subjected to endless stress and frustration. Despite multiple attempts to get our money back, GET FARMS has given us nothing but lame excuses and runaround.
The accounts department is especially adept at providing these excuses. The sales department, while polite and seemingly helpful, ultimately does little more than divert our attention away from resolving the issue. It feels like they are deliberately making us beg for our own money. It has been 6 months and no action was taken.
Additionally, they delayed sending an email for a month from their info email address, stating when the monies would be deposited. Everything is a delay with them, adding to our stress and frustration.
Their refusal to refund us is not only unethical but also incredibly distressing. We have been left in a lurch, unable to move forward with other plans because our funds are tied up with these deceitful people.
Don’t be fooled by the four-star reviews here. They are misleading and do not reflect the shady practices and lack of integrity that define this company.
Do yourself a favor and avoid GET FARMS at all costs. Their unscrupulous business practices are designed to exploit. We regret ever trusting them and hope this review saves others from experiencing the same ordeal. This company’s behavior is utterly reprehensible and should serve as a warning to all potential buyers.
