Not good service. Review on Genpure Water Purifier

We took this product couple of years back, after my first year service we haven't extended the AMC and technician changed filters and immediately after that the motor was not working, I paid huge amount to replace motor and membrane. After this I was taking AMC every year and there is no issue. Last year I stopped again AMC and yesterday I wanted to change filters although there is no issue in TDS, water taste or anything, but since I have a small kid thought of changing filters. Immediately after changing filter again motor is not pulling water at all. The filters are useless for me and they are not taking back filters(not even 1 glass of water came after changing filters) and asking me to pay 5000 rupees for new motor, so a total of 7500 needs to spend for no issue, instead we can go for a new technology purifier by paying few more hundreds. One more point in our apartment there are other purifiers installed and water taste is good from them, but this one is not giving that much taste, they are giving some explanations for sweetened water. To conclude if you want to pay yearly AMC (~4000 Rupees) then this will work otherwise don't go for this product. With yearly AMC you can buy new product every 2 years.
