Hi, I have worked for Genpact for more then 6 months and I got to know various things about the company because of which I left the company and I want to share it with you now:
The company gives very less salary to the employees. I was getting 15k after having an experience of 6 months.
The promotion cycle is very long as you have to spend at least 18 months to get eligible for promotion.
No meal provided by the company and the food which they sell is not good in taste and costs more.
Cab facilities is also not good as I was getting only one side cab and I always reached my home very late.
My overall experience was not good that's why I left that company.
