I recently saw a senior manager protesting in front of GENPACT office Bengaluru he was fired b'cos of regional bias according to him. He said that in spite of very good performance the north indians dominate the show in top management and that south indians are treated lowly. He named following people who are dominating using regional biases they are
Radhika Sibal( HR Manager, cheated victim more than twice)
Rohit Dhameja(Vice President, asked victim to put papers for no reason)
Vijey Anand, ( Victims' manager, kept quite while others harassed)
Abhilash Nair( Local Ombusperson, back stabbed) and
Ankit Tripathi( Vertical head, encouraged harassment)
The victim by name Srinivas is protesting in front of office every day for about 3-4 hours and the company has filed TWO cases in court for the same reason. They have also filed many police complaints on the victim. However, the victim continues to protest to get justice. In 2017, victim was harassed several times and victim protested by resigning the company and wrote email to HR manager that it was not resignation but'symbolic protest' the HR manager promised to look into complaint but accepted resignation. Victim was literally locked out of the company even though he was Master degree holder from NITK Surathkal with 20+ years of experience. The local labour commissioner had advised the company to take back the employee or compensate him amicably. However, GENPACT denied him job nor compensation.
THINk TWICE BEFORE Joining GENPACT.
Victim feels GENPACT is VERY goodd company but has horrible leaders in key positions.
Hope GENPACT management takes note of this and take action on irresponsible leaders like listed above.
