1 - use only cotton cloth's in summer days
2 - naturel and good food eat , please avoide chemicals applyed foods and road side foods ,
3 - daily 4 ltr or more drinking a water .
4 - don' t highly eating non - veg and masala items
5 - dont eat junction foods in summer seasion
6 - fruits is better in summer days , wattermelon is best for this days . coconut water drinking is good and healty for summer days .
7 - natural water bathing is better don't use hot watter.
8 - eat good product ICE CREAMS
