Music theft in tamil cinema.

U all know the music directors in tamil cinema.Few of them like MS Viswanathan Ramamoorthy, Ilayaraja, rahman, are realy good. Other few are there who really didnt compose but use cut copy paste of music from the above mentioned.

First of them is Music Director Deva.He can be called otherwise as Xerox machine.Some of the noteworthy things he has done are, there is a famous hindu relgious song "sashtiyai noka". he just copied it and made a new song "18 vayasu" in the film "Sooriyan" performed by Sarathkumar and Roja.

The list is too large. some other are here. there is an old tamil song "unnai arinthal nee unnai arinthal" from MGR's vettaikaran movie. he stole it and used it in the movie Kushi for the song "Macareena".

His best performance is copying is in tamil movie Badsha performed by super star rajinikanth. there will be background music in that movie which he took from terminator 2 - the judgement day, without even changing 1%. Many are there like this.

Another "stunning performance" by deva is the movie Mugavaree, which he copied 5 songs from the famous english album Backstreet Boys.I don know how many have heard the song "vanitha mani" from kamal's movie Vikarm.

that song is stolen by Srikanth Deva, Junior xerox machine - the son of Deva in the movie Sivakasi performed by Vijay and Asin. After release of the movie "M.Kumaran S/O Mahalakshmi", srikanth deva told in a interview that, he has tried his best efforts to compose two songs "chennai senthamil" and "neeye neeye nane neeye" of that mov.

But the fact is both the songs are already composed by someother in Telugu befor the release of this mov. he has also stolen an old song and used it in movie "nepali". he has many stunning performances like this.

Next is vidyasagar. you know Chandramukhi movie. ther s a song in that movie "athinthom" which is a conventional telugu spiritual song.

He made some slight modifications in that. then 2 songs composed by him, "aiayarettu nathu kattu" from majaa and "vadi amma jakkama" from thirumalai, both are same songs but used in 2 different movies.

Then coming our Harris jeyarj. he often uses tunes of AR Rahman songs and some english albums. some are "Puthu puthu valiyena" song from Dham dhoom which is an english pop song.

next is Yuvan shankar raja. he uses his fatther Ilayaraja's compositions so that there is no copyright problem. his famous performance 7/g rainbow colony, the theme music is inspired from old rajini's movie Johny.

Then he used "adiye manam nilluna nikathadi song" perforned by his father in the movie "dhas" in the song "va va va nee varati po". and 3 songs of the mov "kathal konden" has been stolen from some english albums, cant remember their name. his list of stunning performance also extends.
