Its so difficult to get to right places when you relocate to a new city, state or country. I have relocated thrice since I left my native place and spent substantial time at all those three cities. Right now, I am in Hyderabad and when I relocated I felt the same problem once again, where to shop for a particular thing, which area, which store etc etc. Even for a small item either you go around hunting by yourself or take help from your neighbours or colleagues(if you are on job). You are lucky if you have relatives and friends in the new city, but there are times when you do not get this luxury.
Let me point out few items which may cause headache to you - These are from my personal experience.
Small LPG Cylinder with burner on top - Hard to find and even harder to find where to get it refilled.
Pressure Cooker repairing shops - To replace that blown up safety valve.
Laundry, Plumber, Carpenter and Electrician
Same goes for Computer Peripherals, you may find so many Retailers but its hard to find a Genuine One. Once I went to buy a Netgear Wireless Ethernet Device and I knew that its price is 1050. The owner of the shop quoted 1400, when I expressed my disbelief, he came down to 1200, when he saw I still did not budge, he asked me what price I have in mind, I said 1050, he plainly said ok as if this was so natural to him. I vowed never to enter that Retail Shop again because I knew the price for this product but what if I did not know ! He could have easily robbed off 350 Rupees!

Mr Srinivasa Rao is the owner of this Retail Shop. He is such a wonderful person, he knows what is Customer Service and what it can do to the business. Me and my friends have purcahsed lot of stuff from this Retail Shop - Router, Speaker, Modem, Desktop, USB Hard Drives, External TV Tuner etc etc. He has always quoted a genuine price which has always been on a lesser side when compared to other Retail Shops. But the things which differentiate Planet 3C from others is the amazing After Sales Service it provides. It is simply awesome, I have never experienced something like that before.
I bought a Desktop from them. Just after few weeks, its Mother Board blew up, I took it to their Service Center. They replaced it with a new Mother Board within 3 days. Again after some time even the new Mother Board blew up. I again took the Desktop to them, they checked the whole system and replaced the Mother Board once again. It worked fine for some time but after few weeks this time SMPS blew off. Now when I approached them again, they said they need to check the whole system to find out what the real problem is. After few days they called up and said that they believe it was because of SMPS all the time and they have replaced that.
May be, I would have gotten the same service elsewhere but I am sure the response would not have been this polite. They were really concerned as why this is happening again and again. They apologised for this trouble, even when it has nothing to do with them. They did not charge a single penny and were always prompt to help me out, eager to resolve the issue. It has not been only a desktop, once my External TV Tuner Card also blew up. I dropped it to their Service Center. They got it replaced and called me to inform that we have received your Device, please collect it.
