Sleep is not merely a time out from our busy routines;it is essentially to your physical and emotional health.Occasional sleeping problems can make daily life more stressful or cause to you to be less productive .
How much sleep is required
In general, most healthy adults need an average of seven ti nine hours of sleep a n ight .To measure how much sleep you truly need, you need to observe that if u have trouble staying alert during boring or monotonous situations.when fatigue is often un masked…you probably aren’t getting enough good quality sleep
*what’s the secret to a good sleep?
Here are a few tips!*
Avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol in the late afternoon and evening.
Exercise regularly, but do so atleast 3 hours before bed time .A work out after that time may actually keep you awake because your body has not had a chance to unwind
Establish a regular, relaxing bed time routine that will allow you to unwind and send a signal to your brain that it’s time to sleep.
Don’t use yor bed for any thing other than sleep.Your bed should be associated with sleep.
If you cant go to sleep after 30 mins, don’t stay in bed tossing and turning .Get up and involve in some relaxing activities, such as listening to soothing music or reading until you feel sleepy.Try to clear your mind, dream some nature’s freshness.
Consult your physician, if u feel some pblms with the sleep, ze adequate sleep is essential to health as food and water…….
