Dear Friends if you are going to purchase a flat or book a flat then kindly take care of the below mentioned points.
1.Check the Past Record of the Builder
2.Prefer to go with Ready to Move Options
3.If You have booked your flat in a big project where there are Multiple Towers and the work in one Tower is going Fast and in the rest of the Towers the Work is going slow.Then in that case never accept the Possession of your flat from the Builder with CC which is Known as Completion Certificate.
4.Most of the Builders don not deposit the full amount of land tax to the local development authorities because most of the Builders divert the money of the buyers in different projects.So in that case the Local Development Authorities will not issue them Completion Certificate unless the entire project is completed and they get their pending amount.
5.Also go through RERA guidelines which will be implemented in India.
