Keeping MouthShut Mostly Pays

If you wish to succeed in human relations management, I have an advice for you. Try to speak minimum. It pays if you try to keep your mouthshut mostly. This is how the politicians manage the masses. They speak from mind, not from heart.

1.Observe first and then decide:

No politicians ever take any decision spontaneously. They keep on observing for long and then decide as the situation demands. Hasty decisions land you in trouble, invariably. Never voice your decision until it's inevitable.

2.Revise Opinion, whenever you need:

I have yet to see a good politician who has never revised his opinion or decisions. They do it either smartly or shamelessly. If they confront difficult situation they revise their decisions even upside down. Do not hesitate to accept that you have revised your decision considering the other factors.

3.Consult, Consult, Consult:

All successful politicians are essentially very good delegates. They take a lot of consultations from the person around them. Their smarter counterparts go to even such an extent that they talk to their staunchest opponent to know their opinion before hand. This saves you from so many unusual situations. The best politicians never express that on whose advice they have taken the particular stand.

4.Majority is Power:

Instead of a realistic one the human relations management invariably demand a very diplomatic approach to the problems. If you try to take favor from majority, then you will find that you learn how to handle them aptly and successfully.Never hesitate to face crowd, and never ever try to disagree with the mob. Simultaneously never take decisions when you are mobbed. Try to delay such circumstances. If you are compelled then make a sincere promise to look into the affairs.

5.Truth prevails, Always!:

Never try to befool or belittle anyone, whatever may be the situation. If you do not wish to speak truth due to any reason, it's better not to speak at all. Avoid such circumstances. Take opinion from others whether they think you are true? If they say yes. It's okay otherwise agree with them safely. The top politicians behave that way.

6.Trust your Friends:

I haven’t seen ANY big politician who blindly trust his men, friends and associates, yet under all circumstances they adopt a reasonable approach of trusting them with OPEN eyes. When they get betrayed, they ask the person concerned to part way directly and without insulting him openly. Good politicians never utter non-sensical things against their crudest enemies.(only two exceptions to this conclusion.)

7. Acknowledge Help

The top politicians acknowledge help openly. Inspire the helping hands diversely. If they have a chance, they reward such helpful resources in more than one ways.

So this way we may learn a thing or two from the politicians about the human relations management.
